Strength class focused on increasing strength throught body weight and external resistance training. Class includes the use of weights, barbells, kettlebells, sleds and more.

Interval training class where intensity is set to 80% or higher using active and rest periods. This class focuses on not only active performance but rest periods.

Strength and conditioning class specifically tailored to increasing performance for the popular HYROX competition.

NJ HIITs cardio class focusing on increasing your cardiovascular output and stamina. Class includes running and a variety of cardio machines.

Our signature group boxing class using our state of the art Aqua Bags and Muay Tai bags. High energy class with pumping music and LED lighting.
