Session 1: Deadlift Mastery

(9:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

✔️ Common mistakes & how to correct them

Lunch Break (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM) – Time to recover, refuel, and connect with Coach Brandon & fellow lifters

 

Session 2: Bench Press Optimization

(12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

✔️ Key fundamentals for a stronger, safer bench press
✔️ Hand positioning, bar path, and proper setup for optimal performance
✔️ Shoulder stability & mobility drills to prevent injury
✔️ Accessory movements to improve pressing power
✔️ How to structure your training to increase strength over time

Brandon is also a professional firefighter who dedicates his off time time to coaching powerlifting and strength athletes as well as being a powerlifter himself. He will be covering the foundations of strength training focusing on the deadlift. This is not a 1-Rep Max Deadlift seminar, this is a clinic for those looking to increase their deadlift strength via an instructional, safe and hands-on setting.
